##### WOW THE TASTY PAKORAS..##

A snack food is a type of food not meant to be eaten as a main meal of the day. So it is not breakfast, lunch, or dinner but rather is eaten when  a person is hungry between the meals to get energy for the body. It is a light meal; an item of food eaten between meals, as a' refreshment'. Snacks are important to the people, who do not eat enough at one meal, so they tend to get hungry between meals and have to take snacks of some type.
For some people three square meals works fine but some have
to manage their hunger by ‘snacking’ in between meals.
‘Pakora’ in Hindi also called पकोड़ा , pakora and also known as the famous ' bhajji'  is a fried snack that is eaten across South Asia.  Pakoras are made by taking one or two ingredients such as onion,  eggplant, potato, spinach, cauliflower, chilly and in a batter of gram flour. Even the Palak, Paneer and Bread pakoras are very popular. Pakoras are usually served as snacks or appetizers.
‘ Pakoras Khadi’  is also very popular through out India.
There are Manchurian balls, Koftas, Muthiya, Bondas
and Falafel.
Falafel are small, round balls of Chickpeas that are ground and made into balls that are fried and eaten with Pita bread.
The falafel balls are topped with salads, pickled vegetables, hot sauce. Falafel balls may also be eaten alone as a snack.
Falafel is a dish eaten throughout the Middle East and ‘ Falafel’ is often considered a national dish of Israel.
Snacking is habit forming. So try to switch out bad food choices for go 4 the  good and healthy choices.
