Have you heard of Sai Bhaji?
This is a very popular Sindhi signature dish. It is also known as ‘Sindhi Palak’
because Palak is used in great quantity to make this recipe.

Have you ever used ' Ambat chukka ' ?.
Khatta Bhaji also called Sindhi khatta bhaji, Sai Bhaji, Sindhi Sai bhaji, Indian Sorrel, Indian spinach. Khatta bhaji is a green leafy vegetable, smaller than palak or spinach leaves. It is slightly sour to taste.
It is a tangy cousin of Palak(Appearance is like Palak but is very sour to taste.) In Hindi it is actually called Khatti Palak and in English it is Green Sorrel.
khatta bhaji is high in vitamin A, it also has iron, low in calories, high amount of dietary fiber and acts as an antioxidants along with Vitamin C.

All would love the Sindhi Sai Bhaji! As it full of goodness of veggies and dal. Sai bhaji is best way of having greens like spinach leaves, sai leaves, khatta leaves along with dal added to it.
