Strawberry Smoothie
Makes One serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries,
1\2 cup fat-free yogurt,
1/4 cup fat-free milk,
1 Tablespoon Strawberry crush,
1\2 Tablespoon honey,
Ice cubes as needed.
In a blender, add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve chilled.
