Are you living all on your own? Are most of
the meals taken care  by yourself?
Do you face problems in cooking food where
you often end up with more than required
and having to eat leftovers most of the time
in order not to waste money?

Frozen vegetables are much better than
canned because they are frozen at the peak

Plan rather select an  easy single serving menus,so that  you   have a stress free and satisfying dinner, without any unwanted leftovers!
A single people can convert any recipe 
to accommodate any number of people,
even a ' single person '.
But cooking solo doesn’t need to be a chore.
It can be a pleasure and can be learnt as an 
art.
