Filled Center Molded Chocolate
There are different kinds of Centered filled chocolates, like the bon bon, the cream and the chocolate. Each of the three kinds are made differently, but the filling can be of any flavor made from different ingredients.
Molds must be to make chocolates, so that chocolate will come out off the mold easily.
For making these center filled chocolates, one has to melt chocolate according to directions, now fill each mold opening till the chocolate is level with the top of each mold. Fill each mold
to coat n drain the rest of the chocolate to get chocolate shells.
The coated chocolate molds go in the fridge for 8 - 10 minutes.
Take them out, these are called “chocolate shells” , which are ready to be filled. The “chocolate shells” are filled 1/8” from the top of the mold. These molds once put in the fridge for 5 minutes, take them out and fill the chocolate to the top of the mold.
Any excess chocolate from the mold has to removed before
putting it back into the fridge for 8 - 10 minutes.
