Make Three different Koftas
RECIPE ONE
INGS :
1\4 cup Bengal gram flour, 1\4 Tsp Ajwain,
1 Tbsp Oil, 1\4 cup Wheat flour,
2 Pinch Sesame seeds, Salt, Little Red Chilly powder,
5-6 Tbsp Fenugreek leaves | Methi leaves,
Little Turmeric powder, A pinch Asafoetida,
Little Sugar.
METHOD : Mix all well, make a dough, using a little curd.
Make small roll shape and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Keep aside.
Lauki Koftas.. RECIPE TWO
INGS :
Make koftas..
1 Cup Bottle gourd ( lauki ), 1 Small size Onion cut,
A pinch Soda- bi- carb, 1\2 Cup Bengal gram flour,
1\8 Tsp Turmeric powder, 1\2 Tsp Red chilly powder,
Salt to taste, Oil to fry.
Method
Make lauki koftas by ( bottle gourd ) grating and then
all water is squeezed out, add all of the other ingredients.

Make pakoras, the koftas, fry in hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
TWO CHEESE KOFTAS RECIPE THREE . . .
INGS: 3-4 Tbsp Onion, 1Tbsp Cottage Cheese,
3-4 Tbsp Spinach (cut finely ), 1Tbsp Cheese( grated) ,
8-10 Tbsp Bread Crumbs,one Potato boiled and mashed,
Salt and pepper pd to taste, 1\2 Tsp Oil,
METHOD: Put a pan to heat add oil, onion, stir for few

seconds then add the cut spinach and salt , pepper pd to taste.
Mash the boiled potato add salt, half the bread crumbs and the spinach. Mix well, make 4 balls out of this.
Now take the grated cottage cheese and the cheese , add little pepper pd and make small 4 balls out of this .
Place the small cheese balls inside the bigger potato balls, roll well and coat with the bread crumbs, fry in hot oil.
TIP TO MAKE BEST KOTAS
TRY USING READYMADE GULAB JAMUN 

MIX TO GET SOFT KOFTAS . . .
