Yesterday is finished. We get to start new today!!!
Will you choose the same thoughts and 
actions as you did yesterday?
Or is it time for a change? One new thought today can begin a succession of events that could change the way you think, act or feel.
May be you could begin by choosing to feel good?
Think of something (anything) that makes 
you smile and spend the day focusing on that…when and if you begin to feel bad,
tired or unfocused…
direct your attention back to it.
