If a yellowish layer has formed on top of the curd then remove the layer carefully and gently rinse the curd with water. The sourness will reduce. In the summer's this tip is going 2 help all..says usha's kitchen..
TIP : Boil milk with little water at the base of the vessel to avoid the milk from sticking at the bottom.
