Bisi Bele Bath involves the use of spicy masala, toor dal (a type of lentil) and vegetables. Spices like nutmeg and asafoetida, curry leaves and tamarind pulp used in its preparation. The ‘chutney pitto/chutney podi/chutney powder’ are easy 2 use plus add lots of flavor. Podis, means powder or spice mix in plain English.
