ALOO CHUTNEY CHAAT
1 Potato Boiled, cut into slices length wise,
4 Tsp Sweet Tamarind n Dates chutney,
1 Tbsp Green chutney to dot each slice,
1 Tbsp Sev for garnish on top,
Sprinkle some Salt, Red Chilly powder, Cumin powder
and Chaat masala.
Side garnish is one Goose berry cut into round slices to give shape
of flower petals and stem is thin long cut piece of Red Capsicum..
Cut round slices of boiled potato and arrange on a plate.
Spread the sweet chutney, make dots of the green chutney
lastly sprinkle sev and all the masalas..
