Killu Pakoda also called “Pinched Onion Fritters”..

Killu Pakoda also called “Pinched Onion Fritters”..
Take in a bowl n mix well .. pakora batter ..
More of Bengal gram flour| Besan, also add 1 - 2 spoons Rice flour.
Even go ahead to add cut onion, green chilly, coriander leaves,
curry leaves, coarsely ground roasted peanuts..
Also add salt, haldi and red chilly powder.. Use water to make a
thick batter..
Put oil to heat.. add 1- 2 spoons of oil to the batter..
Pinch out small pakora type and drop into the oil.
Fry until golden brown ...
Serve with a sprinkle of chaat masala..
