Pav Bhaji Paratha


Pav Bhaji Paratha
2 Lemon sizes Balls of dough. [ Wheat flour]
2 Tbsp Ghee.
Make a stuffing..
2 Tbsp Onion cut very finely,
2 Tbsp Tomato cut very finely,
1 Tbsp Capsicum cut finely,
1 Garlic clove grated,
1\2 Green Chilly cut,
1 Potato boiled n grated,
1\8 Tsp Ginger grated.
1 Tbsp Butter and few drops oil,
Salt and masala like Pav bhaji masala,
Red chilly powder, Chaat masala, Turmeric powder,
and Powdered Sugar.
METHOD
Keep the dough ready.
Make the stuffing..
Put a pan to heat add butter n oil also add ginger, garlic,
green chilly n onion saute for few seconds.
Now add tomato and capsicum.
Also add potato and all the dry masalas including sugar.
Allow the stuffing to cool.
Make the paratha...
Put a non stick tava to heat.
Take both the balls of dough and roll each to a big size of a
paratha.
Put on a plate one of the rolled paratha.
Apply water on the circumference | edges..
Spread the stuffing on this paratha and on this place the other rolled paratha,

press and seal the edges.
Put on the tava and cook it golden brown color using ghee.
Cut and serve..
