One More Onion


One More Onion
1-2 Onion, cut into slices
with rings separated,
Grind to a paste...
1-2 Whole Red Chilly, soaked,
1-2 Cloves of Garlic,
Salt, Red chilly powder and 

Chaat masala to taste,
2-3 Drops Vinegar,
1\8 Tsp Sugar.
METHOD:
Cut the onion into thick slices and
separate its rings.
In a mixer jar grind soaked whole
red chillies, garlic with the other
ingredients.
Dip each ring into the ground paste,
arrange on a plate and serve with the
food.
