Make Makhan n Mishri prasad
Collect | gather the cream on the top of milk over a week.
Churn the cream well in a mixer with the help of water to make butter. The butter and the whey will separate.
Collect all the butter.
We call it homemade makhan, so take a tablespoon of this makhan.
Put it in the fridge to chill for half an hour.
At the time of serving add flake of 5 - 6 Almonds .
Also add 1\4 Tsp Mishri.
Mix well, first offer to God with a Tulsi on it..
