What type of Dough for making Pooris?
Pooris the Indian fried Flat bread.
Poori's dough should be made little harder than chapati dough. Try to make a slightly stiff and smooth dough.
Roll the pooris and use less flour to dust them or sprinkle while rolling them.
Put oil to heat and start to roll the pooris but remember the bottom side of the poori on the rolling board should go first
i . e bottom side on the rolling board should be the bottom side in the oil and the poori will puff up.. This is tried n tested tip..
