Pyaaz ki Kadhi

Pyaaz ki Kadhi
For Kadhi . . . ( GRAVY )
2 Cups Curd,
2 Tbsp Bengal gram flour,
1\2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,
1 Tsp Coriander Powder,
1\4 Tsp Turmeric Powder,
1\4 Tsp Garam masala,
2 Tsp Oil
1\2 Tsp Cumin seeds ( Jeera ),
A pinch Hing,
1 Cup Water.
Saute .. . Onions ..
1 Tsp Oil,
Sprinkle Salt, Sugar and Red Chilly powder,
1 Large Onion cut into slices.
Make the kadhi..
In a bowl take all kadhi ingredients and churn well.
Put a pan to heat, add oil, cumin seeds and hing, now also add the curd mixture.
Stir continuously, until boil appears.
Let it boil for 5-6 Minutes.
Put another pan to heat add one teaspoon oil, add the sliced onions also sprinkle salt,

sugar n red chilly powder.
Let onions soften on low heat sprinkle few drops of water also.
Now add the onions to the kadhi.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
