EAT BEETROOT AS IT WORKS AS CLEANSING AGENT FOR THE KIDNEY, LIVER
AND GALL BLADDER. IT INCREASES THE RED CELLS IN THE BLOOD. IT INCREASES STAMINA OF THE BODY. IT ALSO HELPS OVERCOME CONSTIPATION.
