ONION PARATHA : MAKE A WHEAT FLOUR DOUGH WITH SALT AND OIL. MAKE A STUFFING OF VERY FINELY CUT ONIONS ADD CUT GREEN CHILLIES, GINGER, CUT CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER AND ANY OTHER MASALA TO MAKE
TASTY PARATHAS.

MAKE TASTY MISSI PARATHA : 3\4 CUP BENGAL GRAM FLOUR (BESAN ), ADD IN THIS 1\4 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, VERY FINELY CUT ONION, GREEN CHILLIES,
CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT, RED CHILLY  POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER AND MANGO POWDER.
MAKE A DOUGH AND ROLL AND MAKE TASTY PARATHAS.

ALOO, METHI AND MAKAI PARATHA : MAKE A DOUGH USING WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP ADD SALT  METHI LEAVES, DAHI, OIL AND MAKE A DOUGH. MAKE A STUFFING OF BOILED N  MASHED CORN AND POTATO ADD GREEN CHILLIES, SALT AND OTHER MASALAS OF YOUR CHOICE.
