WHAT DOES THESE TERMS MEAN..

DOUBLE BOILER
Is a cooking method in which a large pan that has hot water, into which a small pan is set in order to cook food at low heat, below 100C or 212F or to keep food warm.

BAKING  is cooking food in the ‘oven’, where the food is surrounded by hot air or dry heat by setting the temperature Knob of the oven..
