Different Types of Cheese
Soft Cheese: is cheese that has high moisture content.
The soft cheese includes cottage cheese, cream cheese,
 Ricotta, Brie, Bleu, Roquefort, Mozzarella, Meunster
 And other similar cheeses..

Semi Soft Cheese: is cheese has slightly strong flavor.
Like American, Colby, Co-jack and other similar cheese.

Semi Hard Cheese:  is cheese with a strong flavor
Compared to the semi-soft like Provolone, Gouda, Jarlsberg.
The Smoked Cheddar and Gouda Cheddar are the semi-hard cheese variety.

 Different kinds of cheese

Parmesan: Parmesan is a dry and hard cheese and
is prepared from skimmed cow milk. The parmesan
cheese has a richer and sharper flavor.

Cheddar cheese is mild or sharply flavored and it is
smooth or dry, depending on the age of the cheese.

Romano is a type of very hard cheese which could be of
 a mixture of cow’s milk along with a sheep or goat’s milk.


  Brie is a kind of soft cheese that has a tangy or fruity flavor.

Mascarpone is Italian cream cheese. This cheese is very rich, used in desserts.
