GREEN GATHIYA DIP

GREEN GATHIYA DIP
INGS: 1\4 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES,
2-3 GREEN CHILLIES,
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC,
A PIECE OF TOMATO, GINGER
AND ONION,
2 TBSP COCONUT GRATED,
4 TBSP GATHIYA,
1\2 TSP SUGAR,
SALT TO TASTE,
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE.

METHOD: WASH THE CORIANDER LEAVES.
PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS  IN A MIXER JAR AND
GRIND TO A PASTE THAT LOOKS LIKE CHUTNEY.
