HOMEMADE PANEER PUFF

HOMEMADE PANEER PUFF
INGS: 1 Cup Fine flour (maida),
One Pinch Baking powder,
1 Tsp Oil,
Salt to taste,
4 Tbsp Onion chopped,
4 Tbsp Cottage cheese (paneer),
3 Tbsp Capsicum chopped,
1 Tsp Oil,
4 Tbsp Potato boiled and cut,
Salt, Red Chilly powder, Garam masala
and Little Pav bhaji masala and Sugar,
Few drops of Lime juice.

METHOD: Make a dough of the fine flour add salt,
baking powder, oil and make a dough using water.

Put a pan to heat add oil, add cut onion, capsicum,
potato pieces, cottage cheese cut into pieces, stir
then add salt, chilly powder, garam masala, pav bhaji
masala, sugar, lime juice, mix well , keep it to cool.

From the dough make 3 balls, roll them and using
fine flour paste, apply on the edge of first base and
on this put the second base, apply flour paste, pile
all three then roll some more.
Cut little side to straighten, then cut 2 stripes out of
this. Take the first stripe and place the stuffing in the
center and close by bringing the portion over, seal
the sides with flour paste and fry in oil on low flame,
until golden brown.
