WHAT DOES 'Detox' MEAN...

'Detox'  means our  body's natural, ongoing process of neutralizing or eliminating toxins from the body like excreted via stools or urine.  When our body feels the "body burden" is more because of the toxins and it may lead to illness or  to hormonal imbalance, impaired immune function, nutritional deficiency, and an inefficient metabolism. If there are problems of indigestion, bad breath, fatigue, poor skin, and muscle pain.Then medical tests and with a  medical doctor's advice helps to  recognize the problem,  if suggested to go ahead with a detox. A detox diet has shown improved energy, clearer skin,
improved digestion, and increased concentration and clarity.


The 'toxins'  that have  entered  our body each and every day from our contact with a polluted environment and also from our food and drink. The poisons build up in the body and cause many different health problems.
Flushing the poisons from your body with a body detox will give you  a healthier and  happier life. It is time to change your eating habits, cleanse your body of toxins and feel  increased energy and zest for life with a healthier body.
