kurmura..puffed rice..kurmura's 'poha'..

 
Bhelpuri in Hindi 'भेलपूरी,' is a puffed rice mixed with various vegetables like boiled, cut potato, cut onion and raw mango. Tasty tangy tamarind sauce| chutney, green spicy chutney in which garlic is added. It is a ' chaat,' snacks. It is particularly identified with the beaches of Mumbai , such as Chowpatty. Bhelpuri is called J...haal Muri in Kolkata (meaning "hot puffed rice"). A native of Mysore Bhelpuri is known as Churumuri in Bangalore.
Bhel puri is a snack food that is a common in Indian cuisine. It is a favorite snack around Mumbai, and had as a popular roadside snack .The dish is usually considered a form of chaat,
All the ingredients can be prepared, stored . Easy to mix and serve.

Make a quick and easy poha of kurmura..
Soak 2 cups of kurmura for few minutes then drain the water.
sprinkle 1 tsp lime juice on it, also add 1 tsp powdered sugar.
Put a pan to heat add 1 tsp oil, add 1\8 tsp mustard seeds, few curry leaves. Now add finely cut onion, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts coarsely ground. Also add one cut tomato, 1\8 tsp turmeric powder, 1\2 tsp red chilly powder, now add the soaked kurmura. Add the salt. Stir for few minutes and serve with a garnish of coriander leaves..
