Pineapple upside down with carrot, coconut and chocolate.. "wow cake "

 
Ings : FOR THE CAKE..
1 CUP FINE FLOUR,
2-3 TBSP OIL,
2-3 TBSP MILK,
2 TBSP CURD,
1\4 CUP GRATED CARROT,
2 TBSP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
OR GRATED CHOCOLATE,
1\4 CUP CONDENSED MILK,
1\2 TSP BAKING POWDER,
1\2 TSP BAKING SODA,
1\ 4 CUP DESICCATED COCONUT,
1\2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE,
1\2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR,
4-5 TBSP BOTTLED SODA,
FOR THE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN..
6-7 SLICES OF FRESH PINEAPPLE,
1 TSP HONEY,
1\2 TSP SUGAR,
1 TSP BUTTER.
METHOD :
PUT A PAN TO HEAT, ADD BUTTER ADD 
THE CUT SLICES OF PINEAPPLE, SPRINKLE 
HONEY AND SUGAR, TURN THE SLICES . 
IN A GREASED BAKING DISH LINE ALL THE
PINEAPPLE SLICES, EVEN THE BOTTOM.
MIX OIL, FLOUR, SUGAR, CARROT AND 
THE REST OF ALL THE CAKE INGREDIENTS.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEGREES. 
POUR THE CAKE MIXTURE ON THE 
PINEAPPLE SLICES AND PUT IN OVEN 
FOR 30 MINUTES. CHECK IN BETWEEN,
IF DONE. WHEN BAKED, ALLOW
IT TO COOL. WHEN DE-MOLD 
' THE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN ' CAKE
WILL COME OUT..
