A simple masala chaas recipe...4 this summer..

INGREDIENTS..
1 CUP YOGURT | CURD,
1 CUP CHILLED WATER,
6-7 CURRY LEAVES,
A PIECE OF GINGER GRATED,
1 GREEN CHILLY CUT,
1\2 TSP CUMIN POWDER,
1\4 TSP CHAAT MASALA,
1\8 TSP BLACK SALT,
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES CUT,
SALT TO TASTE.
TEMPERING...
1 TSP OIL,
1\8 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS,
1\8 TSP ASAFOETIDA,
1-2 CURRY LEAVES,
HALF OF THE GINGER N CUT CHILLY.
METHOD ... PUT THE YOGURT | CURD IN A 
MIXER JAR, IN THIS ALSO ADD HALF OF 
THE GRATED GINGER, HALF OF THE CUT 
CHILLY, FEW CURRY LEAVES, SALT,
CHAAT MASALA, BLACK SALT, CUMIN
POWDER AND THE CUT CORIANDER
LEAVES. CHURN WELL. ALSO ADD FEW
CUBES OF ICE, IF WISH TO SERVE CHILLED.
MAKE A ' TEMPERING'...
PUT A PAN TO HEAT, ADD THE OIL,
ADD THE MUSTARD SEEDS, ASAFOETIDA, HALF
OF THE GINGER AND HALF OF THE CUT CHILLY, 
FEW CURRY LEAVES.
MIX THIS TEMPERING IN THE CHURNED 
CHAAS. A TASTY MASALA CHAAS IS READY.
SERVE IN GLASSES OR CHILL AND SERVE..
