American corn cheese balls . . .

A party starter
Ings Make the balls . . .
1 cup Boiled Corn, coarsely ground,
1\2 cup Grated cheese,
2 tbsp Corn flour,
2 tbsp Bread crumbs,
1 Green Chilly, cut,
1 Potato, Boiled n grated,
1\2 tsp Garlic, Grated,
Salt n Pepper powder to taste.

Half cup Bread crumbs to roll the balls.
Oil to fry.
Tooth picks to serve.
Tomato Sauce to serve.
Method. . .
Mix together all the ingredients needed to make the balls.
Roll the balls in bread crumbs.
Put oil to heat, fry the balls, until golden brown in color.
Pierce a tooth pick in each, serve with tomato sauce or a nice dip.
 
Pineapple cheesy dip . . . 4 the party starter . ..
This dip is good with potato chips and any starter one wishes to serve. A dip or dipping sauce is a common condiment for many types of food. Dips are used to add flavor and/or texture to a food, such as pita bread, dumplings, crackers, cut-up raw vegetables, seafood, potato chips, tortilla chips, and falafel.
Pineapple cheesy dip . . .
Ings
2tbsp pineapple, cut into very small pieces,
2 tbsp cabbage cut finely,
2tbsp cheese grated or a cheese spread,
4 tbsp mayonnaise,
1 tsp tomato sauce,
1 tsp red|green chilly sauce,
salt n pepper powder to taste.
Method
Mix all the ingredients well n put in fridge to chill.
Serve with a starter of your choice.
