Some Iron rich foods Vegetables n Fruits

Some Iron rich foods Vegetables:
Sweet Potato, Potatoes with jacket, Pumpkin, Bok choy,
Peas, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Turnip greens,
Mooli greens, Brinjal, Raw Banana, Banana stem…

Some Iron rich fruits:
Pumpkin seeds, Figs dried, dried Apricot,
Watermelon, Oranges, Apple,
anything that colors dark immediately on
cutting has plenty of iron in them…

Some lentils that are high on iron
Black eye beans, Lobia, Rajmah, Chana,
Soy foods, Tofu, Soybeans, Soy milk, some more
are Sesame seeds and oil.
