RECIPE 4 POTATO N CORN CHOWDER

Chowder is comfort food . .
Chowder is a rich and creamy soup full of chunks of ingredients that almost make it like a stew. The ingredients like seafood, vegetables and cream. France calls this chowder soup "Chaudiere" which is the name of the pot it is cooked in.
Chowder doesn't always have to include seafood. It's be all kinds of vegetable or meat chowders came into existence because the cook was just using up whatever ingredients he or she had lying around the kitchen. 
 

RECIPE 4 POTATO N CORN CHOWDER
A Soup full of flavor . . .
Ingredients
1 cup peeled and cut potatoes,
1 cup fresh sweet corn kernels,
1\4 cup celery stalk chopped,
2 tbsp chopped onion,
salt n pepper to taste,
2 tbsp butter,
1 cup milk,
2 tbsp all purpose flour,
2 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese.
Method
Put water to biol, add cut potatoes, celery, onion, and corn with salt.
Allow to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Put a pan to heat butter, milk and flour, stir constantly until smooth and thick.
Now add it to the cooked vegetables. Stir well, add cheese, salt n pepper powder. Serve hot. Serve with bread sticks, if desired.
