Chinese Salad

Chinese Salad
2 Cups Raw Vegetables [ long cut],
Like Cabbage, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Onion and Capsicum.
2 Tbsp Pineapple cut in long pieces,
2 Tbsp Grapes cut into half [ black or green],
2 Tbsp Green Spring Onion.
2 Tbsp Sweet corn boiled.
Mix the Dressing to get almost 1\4 Cup ..
2 Tbsp Soya sauce,
2 Tbsp Red Chilly sauce,
1 Tbsp Green Chilly sauce,
1 Tbsp Szechuan sauce,
2 Tbsp Vinegar,
1 tsp Powdered Sugar,
1 Tbsp Olive oil,
Salt n Pepper powder to taste.
Mix all together in a bowl and serve a little chilled with a garnish

of grapes and spring onions..
