MY TASTY ALOO PARATHA
For the dough ..
1 cup Wheat flour,
Salt to taste,
Water to make the dough.
Knead the dough.
Allow to rest.
For the Potato filling ..
2 1\2 Potatoes boiled n grated,
Salt, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Dry Mango powder, Turmeric powder,
Garam masala,[ 1-2 Pinch] Cumin seeds add as per taste.
Take a ball size and roll a small pori size n put a spoonful of the potato filling.
Close it well and roll as a proper paratha size.
Put on a heated tava.
Apply Ghee to the paratha.
Flip the side also.
Do until golden brown.
Serve hot with Dahi, Pickle n Salad..
