Stuffed Onions In Gravy

Stuffed Onions In Gravy
2 - 3 Tbsp Oil,
6 - 7 Small sized Onions,
2 Pinch of Cumin seeds.
Stuffing for the onions...
3 Tbsp Coriander powder,
1 Tsp Red Chilly powder,
1 Tbsp Besan [ Bengal gram flour],
1 Tsp Mango powder,
1 Tsp Turmeric powder,
2 Tbsp Fresh Coconut grated,
1 Tbsp Freshly cut Coriander leaves,
Salt to taste. 
Make a paste
1 Onion cut into pieces,
1 Tomato cut into pieces,
2 Tbsp Curd,
1-2 Green Chilly,
A piece of Ginger,
1 Tbsp Ginger n Garlic paste,
1 Tbsp Grated Coconut,
3\4 Tsp Red chilly powder,
1\4 Tsp Turmeric powder,
1\2 Tsp Coriander powder,
1 Tsp Sugar,
1\4 Tsp Cumin seeds.
Take onion's a little smaller size compared to the medium ones.
Peel them and slit them criss cross leaving a little at the ends.
Mix the onion stuffing and stuff all the onions.
Put a pan to heat and add one spoon of oil, cumin seeds and
place all the stuffed onions.
Sprinkle the remaining stuffing masala and pour almost 
1\4 cup water on the sides, do not stir.
Cover and cook on low heat until the onions are soft i. e
for 8 to 10 minutes. When done keep aside.
Method for the gravy
Grind the paste ingredients for the gravy.
Put a pan to heat add oil and the paste, stir and cook until
oil appears.
Also add salt. Add few spoons water if gravy looks too thick.
When to serve arrange all the onions and pour the gravy on top and garnish with coriander leaves..
