Tasty Peas Paratha
INGREDIENTS
For the dough..
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta), 
Salt to taste, 
Water to knead the dough. 
For the peas stuffing..
1/2 cup boiled & Coarsely Mashed Mutter (Green Peas),
1 Tsp Fresh Ginger grated,
1 Green Chilly cut,
1 Tbsp Oil,
1 - 2 Pinches of Cumin seeds,
1/4 Tsp Red chili Powder,
1 Tsp Garam masala,
1\2 Chaat masala,
1\ 2 Tsp Lemon Juice,
1\2 Tsp Sugar powdered opt,
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander.
Method to make the dough..
Make dough from wheat flour and salt using water to knead the dough.
Allow to rest for 30 minutes before making the parathas.
Make the stuffing..
Blanch the green peas n then coarsely crush them.
Put a pan to heat add oil, cumin seeds, cut chilly and ginger.
Stir for a second on low heat.
Now add the peas n mix well.
Stir on low heat so that peas do not stick to the base.
Also add rest of the dry masalas, lime juice and coriander leaves.
Put a skillet | tava to heat then lower the heat.
Take a ball size from the dough, roll a little n put a spoon of the stuffing.
Close it well n roll to a proper paratha size.
Put on the tava.
Apply ghee n flip the side.
Cook until looks golden brown in color.
Serve the paratha hot with Dahi (curd) or a chutney or with pickle.
