ALOO BEANS SUBZI


ALOO BEANS SUBZI
INGS
1 Cup French Beans cut into small pieces,
1 Potato small size peeled n cut into small pieces,
1 Tbsp Coconut grated,
1 Tsp Oil,
1 - 2 Pinch of Cumin seeds,
1 Pinch Asafoetida| Hing,
1 Tsp Coriander powder,
1\2 Tsp Red Chilly powder,
1\4 Tsp Turmeric powder,
1\4 Tsp Garam masala,
1 - 2 Pinch Mango powder opt,
Salt to taste.
Method
Wash n cut french beans n potato.
Put a pan to heat add oil, cumin seeds n hing.
Now add the cut vegetables.
Also add salt and turmeric powder, add 1-2 spoons
water. On slow flame cover n cook with little water in the lid.
When beans n potato become soft add red chilly powder, coriander powder, 

garam masala, mango powder n the grated fresh coconut.
Serve hot with rotis n garnish with freshly cut coriander leaves.
