Aloo ki Kadhi..

Aloo ki  Kadhi..
1 cup Curd,
1 tbsp Bengal gram flour, (Besan),
3\4 cup Water,
1\8 tsp Turmeric powder,
1\8 tsp Garam masala,
1\2 tsp Coriander powder,
1 tsp Oil,
1 Pinch Hing | Asafoetida,
1\8 tsp Mustard seeds,
Salt to taste.
Saute ...
2 Boiled Potatoes,
1 tsp Ghee,
4 - 5 Ginger juliennes,
Red chilly powder n Salt to taste.
Saute 2 boiled n peeled potatoes cut into pieces.
For this in a pan take ghee add the boiled pieces

of potatoes and ginger juliennes.
Sprinkle salt n red chilly powder to taste.
Later add to the boiling kadhi.
Make the kadhi ...
Churn together curd, besan, water, add salt, coriander powder,

garam masala and turmeric powder.
Put a pan to heat, add oil, add mustard seeds, hing.
Pour the curd mixture, stir until a boil, appears.
Also add the sauted potatoes.
Check salt n the consistency.
Serve hot with a garnish of coriander leaves.
