Serve with steamed Rice also can add sweet corn,
capsicum n onion lightly sauteed with herbs n salt.
2 cups Tomato puree blanched,
1 Onion cut in slices,
1\2 Capsicum cut into slices,
8 Green grapes cut into halves, opt
1 Tbsp Oil,
1 Tbsp Cheese grated,
1 cup needed. .. Boiled vegetables like ...
1 Carrot cut into pieces,
1 Potato Small size cut into slices,
2 - 3 Baby corn cut into round slices,
4 - 5 French Beans cut into pieces,
4 Tbsp Cabbage cut into big pieces,
1 - 2 Florets of Cauliflower cut into pieces,
3 -4 Spaghetti broken into 4 pieces.
Mix all sauces with corn flour
1 Tbsp Green Chilly,
1 Tbsp Tomato sauce,
1 Tsp Soya sauce,
1 Tsp Vinegar,
1 Tsp Cornflour,
1 Tbsp Sugar,
1 Tbsp Chilly sauce,
Salt, Red chilly powder n Pepper powder to taste.
Boil the vegetables with little salt.
Blanch tomatoes n grind to puree, strain it.
Put a pan to heat add oil, cut onion n capsicum.
Saute for few seconds then add the tomato puree.
Allow a boil to appear then add all the boiled vegetable
[ drained but reserve the stock]
and also mix the sauces.
Check salt, sourness of the gravy and it's consistency.
Finally add grated cheese n serve with rice.
