Cake pop is also called ....

Cake pop is also called cake balls, cake pops or cakesicles...
Cake pops are basically little smushed balls of cake and frosting.
A cake pop is a form of cake styled as a lollipop. Cake crumbs are mixed with icing or chocolate, and formed into small spheres or cubes in the same way as cake balls, before being given a coating of icing, chocolate or other decorations and attached to lollipop sticks. Cake pops can be a way of using up leftover cake or cake crumbs.
The cute little lollipops n so adorable cake pops..
Once the cake has been baked, or when leftovers from an existing cake have been collected, it is crumbled into pieces. These crumbs are mixed into a bowl of frosting or melted chocolate, and the resulting mixture is shaped into balls, cubes or other shapes.
Each ball is attached to a lollipop stick, and once the mixture solidifies, it can be decorated with frosting or sprinkles.
So, what are they? A bite sized morsel of cake coated in chocolate and stuck on a lollipop stick.
So true all one needs is a cake, frosting, chocolate, sprinkles and sticks. After combining the cake and frosting make balls [creating the cake pop balls] put the sticks in.
Next step is dip into melted chocolate. After dipping each one into the chocolate and then coat with a variety of different sprinkles.
