Flattened rice (also called beaten rice)

The poha , also called beaten rice , flattened rice or pressed rice , is rice that is crushed shelled until light flakes, flat and dry.
Pohe is a popular, easy and quick breakfast dish of Maharashtra & Gujarat.
It is made from poha which is flattened rice.

It is also known as ' Kanda Pohe '.
