Pudina Paratha on the left side

Pudina Paratha recipe
Make a dough..
1 cup wheat flour,
1 tsp Pudina| Mint leaves cut finely,
1 tsp oil,
2 tbsp Green past,
[ made in a mixer jar from these...
Coriander leaves, Mint| Pudina leaves,
Green chillies, Ginger, salt n few drops
of lime juice to retain the color.]
Mix all ingredients n check if more salt is needed n make
a dough using water.
Allow to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Put a tava to heat and from the dough take a lemon ball size.
Roll a little n apply few drops of ghee or oil.
Seal well n roll further.
Do the paratha on the tava using oil or ghee until golden brown..
